About Per-Willy Schulz

This blog in an attempt to share how I see the increasingly influential field of technology affecting our daily lives, and how we can utilize it and deal with it in a constructive way. My thoughts are based on observations and experiences from my everyday family life, reading articles and reflecting on the subject with different people. I’m inspired by a Baha’i vision of unity in diversity to empower the creative potential of all mankind, and fueled by a desire to help make technology meaningful, through my lifetime as a digital native and technical advisor to my personal surroundings. Naturally my experience as an IT-professional since the pre-internet age of 1992 plays a great role too.

I’m a married father of 3, living in a small community in Norway, and doing my daily work as an IT-consultant/developer in Oslo. I love music, and got into synthesizers and audio-equipment in my pre-youth (early 80’s). The first synth was a cool analog monster, but ever since; I’ve been a digital native. The straight-forward and creative approach of professional audio-devices gave an experience of how technology can truly be a team-player in creative work, and this is the experience I seek from all technologies today.
